About us

A discreet guide to the island of endless sunshine.

We are not an estate agency. We are a team that lives Cyprus — from sunrise on the northern coast to sunset over Paphos. We know from our own experience what to watch out for, when to stay quiet and where to take you.

We connect interesting people with interesting places. We will find you a property you would never come across in a listing — negotiate the price, take care of the legal side, arrange the mortgage and hand you the keys.

What we take care of

Villas, apartments and land in Czechia as well as in northern and southern Cyprus. We look for what you will not find on the market — discreetly and to your criteria.

Property management

Maintenance, inspections, seasonal care and rentals. You come back to a home that is ready; meanwhile we look after it as our own.

III.

Mortgage in Cyprus

We will guide you through financing a Cypriot property. We negotiate the terms, compare the banks and see the approval through.

IV.

Legal protection

Our own legal team checks the title, the contracts and the history of the property. We watch every clause — so that you can breathe easy.

V.

Airport transfers

We will welcome you in Larnaca or Ercan and drive you right to your door. No deciphering a foreign alphabet, no stress after a long flight.

Cleaning and care
